Other than that the only time I ever needed him after the sale was to help me get a hold of someone over at SilvisWorks to see about getting me some new contact plates for my Mustang box. The gold plating started to flake. But that's a normal thing, not a defect. He said he'd help but I never heard back. Otherwise he's been top notch. As far as other reviews talking about pre-order wait times and stuff. Here's the thing - Pete doesn't build these things. All he can do is estimate when they'll be in from overseas. I've pre-orders two or three times from him and though I usually forget about the orders by the time they ship, I've always gotten my package eventually. The owners of this establishment operate an illegal "raffle" group on Facebook and recently invited numerous shop owners to their page without permission. Upon joining and discovering what it was many of us left. I, myself, posted a photo of a horses ass to commemorate the occasion since this individual thought this would be a smart means to get people to join and participate in his raffles. Needless to say it didn't quite go the way they planned so the husband decided to start visiting business pages to leave fraudulent and fake reviews despite never doing business with said companies. In short, these people are absolute filth and a colorful depiction of EVERYTHING that is wrong with this industry. I'll be sure to revisit this review to update it once they've closed. I have used dragons den vapor for about 2 or more yrs and have found some of the most unique, limited, 1of 1 devices from the Philippines that you can get in the USA. As far as customer service, Pete Broody has always delivered on what he says and more!! I highly recommend ddv for your go to for phillipino gear, ejuice, coils, Purge Mods and alot more. Always getting new gear in and if not in stock he probably would order it from the Philippines, may take a while due to logistics but it's worth the wait..
