Repair was excellent and we've had no problems since then. They also located a steel water well line that was over 80 years old and not only provided the location but the varying depths. It did not leak "most of the time" through the summer, however after the snowmelts of the second winter following the initial roofing, it LEAKED again. Same old story: many phone calls later he showed up and "patched" it again. Guess What?? third winter, same story. Leaks. We tried a few calls to him AGAIN, and finally gave up. We now set out pans to catch the leaks, and have, for the last eight years. Sheesh, what an incompetent service. This summer, I guess that I am going to have to fix it myself. Let me count the reasons why: 1)…read moreTakes the money, does NOT complete the job. 2) Took supplies we paid for to use on our project, and will use on his other projects (thief). 3) Did NOT PULL A BUILDING PERMIT. 4) Actual work done, subpar. Either had to be redone or will have to be redone in the near future. 5) SEVERLY underquoted our job. 6) Provided nothing in writing, claiming to be a good guy. Said he would provide receipts. Never did. 7) Works from about 9-2. Much of that time, sitting around "discussing the job" with his hired help. 8) Claims he's "got a guy" to do roofing, stucco, electrical (stuff he doesn't do) and their quotes are much higher than if you got them quote yourself. 9) And THEN, he will want YOU to pay for those services. 10) Suspected drug use. Unreliable. Physical evidence in appearance. Don't hire this guy. He's a mess.
