If I need to see a specialist, he gives me a list of people to call and a recommendation. I've also seen Patrick, the nutritionist, and he's been very helpful in getting me to eat better. I arrived promptly at 10 and at 10:50 I still had not been called back. I inquired as to why. I was kind. I am always kind. At 11:30 I was sitting in an exam room waiting be seen when the office manager came in and told me that she had witnesses stating I had been cursing and using the f word and they would no longer see me. I never ever talk like that. I was fired as their patient because I gave them a bad review at my first visit. I am 72 years old. I am a strong Christian retired RN. Never in my life have I been so mistreated by a practice. I have filed a complaint with both the BBB and with my private insurance company. I am absolutely devastated. I don't understand how they could just outright lie. I do not blame Dr. Hinds or Erika, her nurse. it was entirely the front office staff.

She went to find him in his office, gabbing away on the phone with a friend as she handed the needles back, seeming to be annoyed she wanted him. He must do this often because then he said "did you find all the needles? Some people don't." Then gave a lackluster apology and said she "should have let him know she needed to leave at a certain time". Then he tried to upsell her a tincture for hormones afterwards, and at no point did she feel like he was taking her seriously or with care. If you've been to a serious acupuncturist before, you wouldn't be taking your own needles out after an hour with them in. For a holistic medicine practice, you would think there would be compassion and intentional care, but twice now Blake hasn't produced. She didn't have a great experience with him the first time, and gave him the benefit of the doubt to go back a second, only to have the rate increase $20 and have an even worse experience. When your a brand new mother who goes into town for a day of rest and rejuvenation, this is not what it is.
