Service Service Service…read more I went for my first full service on my new to me Road Glide Ultra. Not really a big deal right for most, but today was different. Why was it different? It was different because I decided to wait for my bike for 5 hrs. What did I learn. I learned that the service department really does care about your service to your bike from the staff Jessica and the New kid whose name I can't remember. We will refer to him as The Kid ! When something came up Jess would come up and tell me something was up, and would clearly explain why and what should be done with no sugar coating which I love. I felt like I was part of the family of cool like minded people who cared about me and me getting home always. What else did I learn after being in service for 5 hrs. I learned that some of you entitled Harley Owners treat people like crap on the Phone when I'm seeing your affect of your profanity on the phone is doing to good people who what you to be on the road as fast as possible. So let's put this out there in Capital Letters. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE CRAP !!! IF THIS WAS MY DEALERSHIP!!! IT WOULD BE OUR STORES POLICY THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BIKE TO A BACKYARD MECHANIC & NEVER BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE HERE EVER AGAIN PERIOD. Congratulations to the service department for being true professional. I watch The Kid take it from 3 phone calls. He Handle you all like a champ but that doesn't mean you didn't affect his day. To Jess who is like a Rock and brought The Kid back to life by just saying the right words to her coworker. That's a true leader ! This review is about service and about us the customer. It's a nice no pressure environment. Staff asked if were ok or needed help and we said we were just looking- which they replied no problem. We were able to look, touch, move, sit on and drool on many of these awesome machines with no problem. This is awesome as some places won't even let you swing a leg over or handle the bikes. Will definitely come back in future when I convince the boss it's time to trade up for a new bike!

One of these places is found in Stoney Creek, Ont. and in particular at 10 Pinelands Avenue there you will find a shop known as Ultimate Cycle and therein you will find two of these such individuals. First the larger one and leader of the gang is known as Brian or Bryan (it doesn't matter how you spell it a rose is a rose by any name) and the smaller one is known as Tim but do not let his smaller stature fool you, he is a genuine ne'er do well also. I advise anyone visiting this location to do so at their own peril and be aware that attending near the lunch hour be patient as the consumption of food during this time is very important to these rascals. As for their skill and knowledge of motorcycle repair you will not find two more knowledgeable and helpful mechanics. They are willing to not only repair your bike but they will also provide advice and guidance if you are attempting to sort out your problems on your own. I do however suggest that when you approach these wizards of motorcycle repairs be polite, cordial and just nice and if you really want to score some brownie points, I suggest that you bring two Dilly Bars or other appropriate gifts of sugar for the purpose of offering a sacrifice to the wizards. The gentlemen working there were friendly and accommodating. While it's a long haul from Toronto, it's definitely a road we'd take again.
