In town for the day and gave this gym a try and I wasn't sorry, friendly staff, clean facilities and lots of equipment. Was charged 12.50 for day pass which is about in the middle of what you pay for a workout. Unfortunately I was only in town one day if I was going to be there more I could have paid 24.99 and go as often as I wanted for a month. If your coming for a one day workout it has to be when staff is on duty which I believe is 9-5. Give this gym a try you won't be sorry. read more

I've tried calling for weeks to cancel my membership but when i call they answer the phone but say absolutely nothing. I've tried calling at different times and different days with the same result. There's no option to leave a voicemail either. Are your guys phones broken or is your desk person just not properly trained on phone etiquette? Please figure this out. read more

I have to share this with everyone and encourage you to pass it on... I just had the CRAZIEST interaction with Performance Fitness here in Hurricane, UT. (The same person owns the one in St. George as well. I was cancelling my membership with an employee and this particular employee was quite rude. He wasn't terrible, just curt and rude. I did not want to continue speaking with him and just wanted to leave and I asked him if I could simply cancel online. I went online to cancel and did so. Then I got a "courtesy" email from the owner. According to the owner of the business, Performance Fitness did this to THOUSANDS (the owner's words, not mine) of customers: they stopped billing the customer when the health department shut the business down (as a gift to me supposedly), but then added on the 3 weeks of non-billing to the end of my month-to-month contract )"as a non-voluntary gift back to them). In other words, I didn't pay while they were shut down, but now I have an additional 3 weeks on a month-to-month contract. So I and all the other customers were "forced" into an extension so that the business had no long term losses from Covid. So I sent an email telling them that this was not right, moral or legal. THE OWNER calls me and is livid, loud, yelling and raging at me. As I tried to explain my point of view, he belittled me, interrupted me, called me names, etc. I felt like I was in middle school with the school bully. I told him that I did not want anything. I tried to calm him down MANY times. He asked why I felt I had been treated rudely. I tried not to answer and told him the matter was settled and irrelevant. He said he really wanted to know. Then I said, "Please do not take this as disrespectful, but I feel like you have been quite rude. It was not just your employee, it was you as well." He immediately started yelling again. I ended the conversation. Avoid this business at all costs. There is no convenience, cheap price or non-contract that is worth it. read more

Not happy with the Hydro Message membership, that I pay extra for. This is a fairly new gym and the Hydro Message has been down the last 3 out of 6 visits. Think twice about coughing up the extra cash for this one. When this machine gets older, it will probably be breaking down a lot. Other then that the gym is a nice change from going to VASA/Goldsgym for the last 10 years. read more
