A close friend of mine (who happened to be riding with me) recommended Dr Scott. I called his office and he squeezed me in the same day we were driving back from the mountains. He scheduled the MRI for me 10 minutes after my visit with him (conveniently located in his building), had the test read by a radiologist as well as reviewed it with a colleague hand expert the following afternoon. That evening he called me with the good (thankfully) news. I could not be more happy with his professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency. I could not recommend this doctor more highly.....and, I can't think of any doctor who would go to these lengths in such a short amount of time!

I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Nikita is amazing and friendly always making me feel calm while doing my medical intake (it would always cause me anxiety to discuss my medical problems). And Julie, she's at check out, super sweet and helpful when it comes to insurance questions and booking appts and procedures. The surgical center, hands down the best! From front desk to the nursing team, they are all super comforting. I had Sonia and Chelsea as my nurses and they always went above and beyond.

Her gentle touch and guidance helped me recover so I was in top notch shape for a big trip. I actually looked forward to my sessions with Dr. Ream-Garcia because she's so kind, caring, intelligent and fun. Her assistants were likewise nice people who made it a pleasure to visit. That's after waiting for six weeks, which, for a bicep tear is on the outside of when it should be affective. Now as a result of delay after delay and excuse after excuse, instead of having a small 2 inch scar I have a giant, Frankenstein looking scar in the middle of my arm. Now, three months later, I'm trying to do my follow up post-op appointment. And for the second week in a row, it was canceled. The second time, they didn't even bother to notify me so I had to drive all the way out there only to find a waiting room full of people, all, asking the same questions: where the hell is the doctor? The excuse was, he had an emergency surgery in the morning. But this was 3:30 in the afternoon and they still didn't bother to call any of us. Everyone there is very polite, and always apologetic, which they wouldn't need to do if they actually just did their job (you know, like actually notifying patients when the doctor isn't even there and needs to cancel.). So, if this is your only option, then I guess you have to take it. But their communication is absolutely terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED.

As he indicated, it would quickly heal and there wasn't harm on walking on and utilising my foot. This visit saved me a lot of anxiety over what I thought it was a broken foot.

I wait out front until 8:25am which is when my therapist arrived but she did not have a key. At 8:35am another therapist arrived with a key. We were let in and then a couple mins later the front desk person arrived at 8:37am. As I waited for her to reboot the computer and be able to accept us in, I read the sign with read something like "if you arrive late we will only give you what ever remaining time is available for your appt, we value your time so we expect you to value ours". Not a great first impression at all. No one apologized for keeping all 6 of us waiting. I then saw my therapist who told me to hold on filling the paper work to not waste more of my time and that I could do it after. During the appt she kept looking at the clock. When it hit 9am she was like okay well I have to see my next patient now and that this was just the initial diagnosis appt. I mentioned that that is frustrating as they were the ones late and I arrived early. I then had to go sit in the lobby and fill out my paperwork on my time after the appointment. I asked the front desk in a very calm voice, is it normal for you to arrive almost 10mins late after the appointment, and she didn't provide an apology, instead she said this isn't my normal shift, I normally work the 12pm shift. Horrible customer service, Biatta my therapist was great (if it weren't for her it would definitely have been a 1 star rating) but also she should have honored my 30mins and ran late the rest of the day. I also don't like they have 30min appts yet there is not buffer time in between for the therapist to setup between appts and walks their appt out, get them setup at the receptionist. There should be at least 10mins between each appointment and there needs to be a much bigger focus on customer service. I hope to get a referral else where.
