I took my 15 yr old son and myself in to be evaluated due to some upper back pain that we were both having. I have been to 4 or 5 other Chiropractors over the years, some have been better than others, but typically the first evaluation visit is free and if not, then only $20-$40. The follow up visits where you actually get worked on is typically where you end up paying, even though it is only a little at a time $35-$50. Well, buyer beware, and don't follow my example of just taking for granted that all places charge about the same, ASK QUESTIONS about price beforehand!! I made this mistake and wow what a pricey mistake it was, but in a way, I'm thankful because I learned a valuable lesson. So, even with great medical insurance, of which they are considered an in-network provider, I still paid $412.00 for my son and I to be evaluated!! Please keep in mind that this does not include any actual physical manipulation by the chiropractor at all, this is just answering questions and getting xrays. Oh, the xrays, please ask how much each xray is going to cost you before you let them start snapping away xray pictures and large chunks of your bank account at the same time. Granted, this place is near a very posh area of Oklahoma City and I'm sure most of the clientele wouldn't think twice about the price tag, but for the rest of us, you may want to shop around before you decide. I must reiterate that all the staff and the chiropractor himself are very nice and seem very professional. The place is clean and well decorated, although the very loud mood music of chanting monks and wind chimes was a little off putting. So, if you have the money, this place definitely seems capable, but be aware you will be paying a premium for all services rendered. As I mentioned, I will probably even go back here, mainly because I have already had to sell many personal belongings and refinance my house to pay for my initial visit, I kind of feel like I should at least get one chiropractic adjustment out of the deal.

I have not had the opportunity to be a patient just yet but a dear friend is. I called just to surprise my friend by paying for some sessions and was trying to figure out if it would be best financially to do monthly sessions to get my friend back there monthly. Maybe Jodi was distracted but she did not seem like she wanted to take much time to explain how things worked. At one point she apologized and stated "things suddenly got loud." I then tried to pay for sessions and was told that her machine for the last 3mths stopped accepting credit cards expiring 2021. Initially Jodi did not give alternative payment options, I had to ask for them. I ended the call admittedly frustrated, more so because I really did not feel like she wanted to be a help. Unfortunately I was also unable to purchase the sessions for my friend.
