He did not flash the roof correctly to the new cover, as a result she has leaking inside the home that has caused mold and her front door to swell and not close properly. I called him to let him know about it and he said the door was "old' and that he would call her to come and take a look, he never called. She has called him several times and no call back. He does not stand by his work! You can see daylight between the two roofs and he even messed up the homes flashing so now it leaks inside! Now she has had to hire a roofer that needs to correct his mistakes and a door company to replace the door. My mom is 90 years old on a fixed income and been dealing with this ordeal for 2 years now. When I spoke to him about the job he said well the deck he built the cover on was old, why would you build a heavy roof over an old deck? Why not put new supports in the ground? Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

When we called Mr Hullings he told us that it's been too long and he couldn't warranty his work for five years. Apparently if you want a temporary building he might be fine, but for any building that should last, keep looking.

Dan is the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with and his main goal is making you happy. He is super flexible with changes to the job and he is good at keeping track of how these changes will effect the cost. He will answer calls and texts any hour of the day. His crew is courteous and respectful as well and it was a pleasure working with them.

I met with Dan back on March 5th at my house to walk through the project and get a bid. After 5 weeks of texts and emails including that I wanted the work to be done in late April up to mid May, I was told his team is now booked until July. However, this was never mentioned to me in the past weeks that I had been asking for the bid and to pay a deposit to lock in the work. This is the first negative review I've ever left online but that's how disappointed and strung along I feel by Healy Landscaping and I would encourage you take caution before working with them --- just know that patience and extended timelines should be expected.

I highly recommend this family-run business for any concrete work you might need. We have a very…read morelong driveway that had some sections needing repair after years and heavy equipment on it, also a corner of driveway right along the house had settled and when it rained water would flow in along the foundation. After removing the damaged sections it turns out a drainage pipe had been crushed under the driveway and water had eroded beneath the garage requiring more extensive work and repair. They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!
