I received a response the same day promising the quote later in the day. They kept their first promise and the quote was very reasonable, particularly considering the cost to replace the furniture would have been five times the quote to refinish it. The next day I called and they promised I would be pleased with their work. They kept that promise but underestimated my delight upon seeing the finished project. The furniture looked as good as the day we purchased it! Without hesitation I recommend the RPM team. They conducted themselves with honesty and integrity throughout the process, were very professional, produced results of the highest quality, and they made it clear they appreciated our business. We could have chosen another company closer to our home, but we're happy we chose to go a little out of the way to RPM. Our time and money was well spent. Take your project to RPM. Very disappointed with my experience at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists…read more I brought my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate in for wheel repair, and after several days with little communication, I picked it up to find that the one wheel they "repaired" actually looked worse than it did before I brought it in--even after paying for the service. I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.
