They were able to guide me through exercises that fixed pain that had been with me for years. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. For a long time I thought my pain would never go away, but I haven't experienced any significant pain in over a week for the first time since my injury. Everyone I worked with showed me some of the best treatment I have ever received. They listened well, showed genuine empathy, were extremely knowledgeable, and were fun to be around to boot. I then called and said I'd like to meet with Dr. Rosenberg. He said you got to do with her PA. I said I've already done that and that didn't work they said if I wanted to see Dr. Rosenberg the way they do it is they make the appointment with the PA and then the PA runs out if there's questions talk to guys Rosenberg and then comes back in and tells me I said I want eyeball to eyeball contact with Dr. Rosenberg. He said well he's a busy man. Well he's gonna be one less client busy.

I took the patient to another Trinity Health Physical Therapy clinic located inside the Canton IHA hospital and it was not nearly as good as this one on Lilley Road. The workers are very nice and do a lot more exercises and massage. Physical therapist Samar J is great and the patient enjoyed her massage and that she printed out the exercises to practice at home. I will be choosing this clinic again if the patient needs physical therapy in the future.

And even though this was a few years back, every time I drive past this place or even hear the words physical therapy, all I can think of is how poorly I was treated here and how angry it makes me. I hope this place closes and that staff member has to move into a cardboard box. Also, they managed to make my condition worse.
