It's a physical therapy facility and I believe the owner is also a masseuse. The owner of the facility name is Moe. Of course he asked me about the areas that were troubling me. I told him how my mid back was giving me issues so he recommended I try the muscle scraping and dry cupping session. I was not overwhelmed by the muscle scraping or the dry cupping. I feel that the massage would have been better. I typically get massages from another location, but I was open to the suggestion this day! I also booked a one hour session. We started relatively late and also ended early. So I don't feel like I truly got the full session that I paid for.

This office has moved to Monroe Street in Dearborn…read more When I was at my appointments, they had me doing about 95% the same exercises I was already doing at home as my homework. When they did put me on weight machines, no one watched my alignment. The therapist was watching tv. When I asked about payment, they were dismissive and told me "not to worry about it." Well, I got a bill for $292 and I ONLY HAD 4 APPOINTMENTS. I was charged $88 for 15 minutes of exercises, and like I said before, it was exercises that I was doing at home. Insurance only covered $15 of that. My physical therapy experience was a joke. I have switched to Pilates Privates at a fully-equipped studio in St. Clair Shores, and it is a much better use of my time and money. I can not recommend Tri-Rehab.

After taking quit a spill mountain biking the green trail out at Fort Custer Recreation area, I…read morewent to TriRehab for therapy. The front, back and side of my shoulder were pretty messed up. As a result, all of my back muscles were very sore as well. Jan used a 3D cutaway model of a shoulder socket to show me the injury and why I was having all the pain. After 4 visits to TriRehab, my entire back was loose again, and my shoulder felt great. After the workouts, it was sore, but it felt great at the same time. They set me up with progressive exercises to do at home. I could set the pace and the extent at which I wanted to push my body towards recovery. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of physical therapy.

Turns out I have weak muscles elsewhere contributing to the knee pain. The staff taught me exercises to strengthen my hips and legs The result has been a reduction in the severity of knee pain. No longer am I googling a sports med doc while standing at a concert. The facility is clean and they have some awesome equipment. A cooling pressure cuff around the leg feels like a miracle after a workout. Overall, very thankful to the staff.
