The waiting room is full. They're embarrassing. The crap out of me telling me I have no insurance, which I did after sitting there for 20 minutes. Flustered don't even know what I filled out on the papers that they gave me because they kept calling me up to the desk how embarrassing to me you need to reschedule after you get your insurance straightened out come to find out they wrote down the wrong birthdate of my husband, which is why I was showing I had no insurance so I rescheduled where they gave me like six different times that they kept changing. Finally, they settled for two said I needed two appointments. I said you know you had me so confused that I hope you have me on the list the day before my appointment no problems. I have it in your notes. We will be calling you before your appointment for a reminder that never happened and that day it snowed so I shoveled snow all morning to come into the house to find out that they were open for three hours at my appointment happen to be in the middle of those three hours that I have now missed so I went to reschedule and was told by Tori that their policy is once you miss an appointment you're wasting the doctors time so we will no longer be able to see you how nice so I called to talk to Hannah took me six times. I had to pretend I was somebody else to get through to her because Tori and Hannah seem to be best friends and work well together as keeping track of phone calls so you can't get through the only thing they could tell me was you need to find another dentist that we will no longer see you okayed to waste my time but not OK to waste the doctors time OK to promise me I will get a call before my appointment as a reminder that never happened. Yes I'm highly upset. All I have learned from this dentistry. Is they like to teach people a lesson. And punish you to no end. They have no room for forgiveness, which makes me feel that they don't even really care.

I saw him for a second opinion before permanently removing my failing tooth. I liked his personality, professionalism as well as the quality of his team (thanks Lindsay), so much that I stuck with him even after he moved his Etters office, which is 4 times the distance. I continued for the next 6 years despite the inconvenience because of the trust and high level of care. One day I left first thing in the morning for a routine check up upon receiving an automated reminder text that morning. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me my hygienist had called out sick. That's unfortunate, because everyone gets sick. But feeling frustrated, I was hoping for some acknowledgement of the inconvenience or a small accommodation (someone else to see me if I am willing to wait, or squeeze me in and reschedule me in the same week, etc). Nothing. The receptionist simply stared at me, waiting for me to dismiss myself. That was the last straw for me -- wasting an hour of driving and away from work was an excuse enough for me to end the long commute. Aside from this single incident and for me the long distance, I only have positive things to say. If you are within his service area, I would still highly recommend Dr. Capozzi and his team.

The office has all the latest technology and the actual clinical care during cleanings and basic procedures felt high quality. Unfortunately, their business model is where things completely fell apart for me. They do not perform root canals or other advanced procedures in-house due to partnerships within their dental network. What that means in practice is that if you need anything beyond basic work, you're referred out, and those referrals go straight to specialists who push additional appointments, expensive 3D scans, and tests that are often unnecessary. No one clearly explains that these extras may not be required, and you'll get calls saying you owe hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars for diagnostics your insurance won't cover. Additionally, I had several small areas being monitored by my previous dentist that did not require fillings yet. This office told me I needed multiple fillings and had already completed two before I started to question things. After switching to another dentist for a second opinion, I was told those areas did not need fillings at this time and could simply continue to be monitored, exactly as my prior dentist had been doing. The new dentist also evaluated the issue that supposedly required advanced scans and determined that since I had no pain or symptoms, no immediate treatment was necessary. They explained that if something changes, I can come directly into their office for a root canal that is covered by my insurance, without unnecessary add-ons. If you're looking for basic cleanings and routine care, this office may be fine. But if there's any chance you'll need more involved treatment, be very cautious and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional procedures or costly referrals.

I called back 3x begging for the dentist to see me as I knew I could not go the night with this pain. Not to mention I'm allergic to all pain meds! I was told there was nothing they could do and I wasn't the only emergency they had they were going to close at a certain time! I always passed Klein Family Dentistry on my way to work and thought how great it would be to go there since it was so close to my home. However, I thought I needed to be loyal to my dentist office of 24 years until yesterday. When I called Kline Family Dentistry, I explained I wasn't a current patient but needed emergency assistance with my tooth. The receptionist listened and then asked how quickly could I get there and scheduled me in. When I arrived, they were busy but still got me in! I was given the tablet to check in with my information and then Sierra came out with the biggest smile brought me right back! What a great personality! She told me I was going to see Dr. Klein himself and in he walked! After a quick x-ray and blood pressure, Dr. Klein explained that he hated to meet like this and that our first encounter had to be a tooth extraction! He and Sierra went above and beyond to ensure my well being, especially since I can't have pain meds and certain anesthesia's. Dr. Klein took his time since the tooth gave a tough time coming out and gave me rest periods. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't taken me. Dr. Klein said it would have been bad to wait until the next day and would have gotten worse and possibly infected. Today the first thing in the morning, Dr. Klein himself called to see how I was feeling and explained everything I was feeling was normal and said to call anytime. I can't express enough my sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Klein and his professional staff for such an outstanding experience! Finding Mimosa Dentistry is like that same oncologist being like "nope - not cancer!" It takes a while to earn my trust but I've now been to Mimosa four times, including having some work done, and these guys are legit. I am more grateful to have landed with them than I can express. FYI - there are TWO Drs. Bui - they're brothers, both educated at UPenn. My favorite is Dr. Loc Bui (DMD), who is so humble he will tell you his brother is "the smart one" but who is so careful and gentle with my teeth and my panicky self. My husband sees his brother, Dr. Toan Bui (DDS), who my husband says is hilariously intense, but also very good. ("The most thorough cleaning I have ever had," to quote him.) It took my husband and I about six months to figure out there were two doctors here with the same name and we had some very confusing conversations about our "dentist" in the meantime.
