But after I arrived at the location for the 9AM appt, the assistant didn't take me in until 9:20, and when I told them my x-ray was already taken at another clinic 6 months ago, their "patient care coordinator" Tiana Fully told me their DMO plan is at capacity and they won't be able to take me. She couldn't show me the evidence that they're "at capacity" and she didn't call the insurance company to confirm that before she told me they're "at capacity". I think she simply wielded her "power" and denied insurance when this is something that they should have told me before I booked the appt. This appt was booked since last week. See attached email screenshot as one of the email confirmations of the appt sent to me around 4/23. The front desk ladies and doctor Martin who left a voicemail on my phone asking me to come in early today all seemed nice. Tiana Fully is to blame for this whole process, the disconnect and the chaotic system this location has. I'll also file BBB complaint against this location.

Here's a PRO tip: If your dentist looks at your mouth when you first start going there for check-ups, and they mutter "must be the infection" as the reason that your front teeth feel no current pain, and then NEVER mention an infection again, run. If you go to that SAME dentist months later specifically for sharp pain in the back teeth, and more X-rays fail to detect anything, and her best guess is that the tooth is just sensitive, run. If you go back in for a regular cleaning months after that, and the X-rays still fail to completely detect a now 97% NECROTIC tooth, RUN. If you haven't run yet, don't take her advice and go to her special Ohio-study-group--sister for endodontic treatment. Let's focus on May 12th at Central Dental for a moment. If your dentist can't be on time at 7am for appointments that HER OFFICE scheduled, and then gets an attitude with you and the two other women in the office for wondering why no one has appeared or even said hello at 7am, run. I know it isn't the office staff, sweetheart. It's clearly you flying into the parking lot LATE at almost every appointment. How dare I expect you to be present and ready to perform basic dental services for my appointment START TIME. You know how you could prevent that in the future (since you can't be on-time) just have someone say "hey ladies, we'll be right with you, the meeting is running long." That's it. Solved it for you. I've had some pretty horrific dental experiences in the past, so I really do dread coming to the dentist. But Kim was just so great and informative.
