I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing ledger, documentation of the work performed, and a refund. At this point, I have not received the documentation I requested or a refund. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in the firm's handling of my matter. I believe clients deserve clear communication, accountability, and transparency regarding the services they are paying for. My hope is simply that the firm will do what I believe is fair by either providing documentation supporting the fees retained or refunding the money paid for services that were never completed.
