I arrived with one customer ahead of me and left with no printed ticket after the people who work there brushed me aside and waited on 7 other customers who arrived after me. One employee spoke English well enough to tell me to wait while he served everyone else. After the 7th customer he helped, I asked if he was able to help me. He then took another customer. Shame on you. You were at the very least impolite. And shame on the customers of your shop who were willing to let a fellow customer be treated badly and willing to take your turns ahead of me. Where I live, you would have been treated well and waited on fairly and in turn, with or without a language barrier. And you would have left with your order in hand.

We were there a few days ago on a very hot day after a lot of touring. There is ZERO place to sit down while your daughter tries on clothes, so my friend made a small space on an actual bench that was covered in piles of clothes. The young woman behind the counter tsked at her and said "NO SITTING!" and motioned for her to get up! I've never seen anything so insulting and with such poor customer service in my life! We made our way downstairs and actually asked someone if we could sit down while my daughter was in the fitting room. They looked around and brought out a stool and said, "Not for long though!" WTH? What kind of way is this to run a store and treat paying customers?! AVOID!
