My mother went to buy car insurance before it expires on December 24, 2018. The fat Chinese older woman at the front desk was rude, incompetent, and seem to just take the money order. She gave my mother another customer's car insurance print form after taking the money order. She refused to answer phone calls, refused to correct her mistakes, told my mother to sit and wait, until my mother yelled at her to stop messing around and print her the correct car insurance forms because she had already gave out the decal sticker. She even claimed there was no record even after she took the money order. This broker deserves zero stars for this staff's rude, incompetent, unprofessional service. She was behaving like a total bitch and purposefully so. My mother told her she thought she would not dare to be so bad if she was not another Chinese person, but a white caucasian senior female customer. I think the staff person is named Peggy?
