The receptionist was very friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr I saw was awesome! Really friendly and great bedside manner. The office was very modern and very clean. I'm 37, and I can honestly say that this was probably my best experience at the dentist ever. He fixed me up and sent me on my way. Now I'll be able to enjoy the wedding pain free. The office is like a ski chalet and very clean. Upon arrival I checked in with a friendly woman behind the desk and ushered back to the exam room by Izzy, a very sweet, chatty young lady. Another local hospital OR had to close due to unforeseen circumstances and Crosby was able to take on those patients and help support them through their delivery. This created for a very busy time. I would've never known that this time could be a time full of laughter and joy. The day I came in Jenny and Nikki supported me the most and we're so fun to be around down to earth and very authentic. Every need and want of mine was fulfilled. I would've never known that they were completely filled as I felt like I got the full undivided attention and like I was the only one there. This team works so well with each other! I really enjoyed watching everyone work together as they work well together. The communication between everyone was very clear and you can tell they truly enjoy each other's company. You can also tell they truly love their job and they are very patient centered and have a genuine care for their patients. There was so many things I was nervous about as a first time single mother, but again the care I received helped reduce anxiety. Honestly, I did not want to leave because I was having so much fun and I really grew to enjoy the company of all the OB/GYN nurses.

I was at Essentia UC on a Sunday for an injury that required sutures. Though there were many people…read morethere, I was seen very quickly. Intake was efficient and as mentioned I was prepared to wait but was only about 15 minutes. The Nurse Missy- was wonderful, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I shared some medical information and needed to be sure the NP was aware prior to treating the injury. The NP (sorry, forgot her name but she was great) was fantastic, discussed my concerns ahead of time, explained what she needed to do and thanks to the preparations, I didn't feel a thing! How great when you are getting stiches. I was prepared for a so-so experience knowing UC is rough on a regular day let alone a weekend--but these folks are great, efficient and very kind. I am grateful to have the professional healthcare near us and the folks who worked a Sunday morning and still managed to smile and provide great care.
