I went to Perry in the past and received excellent care! This time around that was not the case. I made an appointment as I hadn't been there in well over a year and a half and was not told that Perry was no longer there. The new Chiropractor was terrible. He rushes you in and out and doesn't take any time to hear what your issue is. The visit did not feel therapeutic, nor did the chiropractor seem to care about anything. I had to say he just talked over me the whole time. I do not recommend. Don't waste your money going here. Previously, they really took time Using massage, ultrasound, etc. and this time I think I was in there a total of 15 minutes. I had been going to Dr. Perry for years. I had severe back issues due to right leg being shorter from femur breaks. Had the left one done in August and was walking fine last October within 6 weeks, with no walker or cane needed. I was waiting for the back doctor to get back with me because I was having excruciating pain in right hip (pirriformis) and numbness in left leg (leg discrepancy pinching the nerves and blood vessels). I was still doing all the cleaning, laundry, and yard work for my bed and breakfast, adding another 3 miles in Fischer Park, but had to stop often to stretch that pirriformis and stretch out the sciatica in the left leg. I went to Dr. Perry thinking Accupuncture or something. I was seen by his associate twice last visit October 6th. He almost severed my spine, with subluxation of L4 under L5 causing an extreme pinch of the spinal column. The TWIT never looked at the MRI's and scolded me because I brought him a CD from American Health Imaging. All he had to do was call them and have the report faxed over, and that should have been done way prior to my office visit. It seems the idiot thought that was too much trouble, and he was there to push and shove with no thought to pre existing conditions. I have been in agony ever since, unable to walk for over 7 months, and having excruciating leg spasms constantly, until I got injections from Dr. Ozuna, which has a slowed some function, but still a lot of pain and amax energy expenditure of 2 hours per day, until I have to take pain pills and quit walking or moving. I cannot even roll over in bed at night without a spasm or pain waking me up. I had to shut down my business and move everything out while searching for a tenant. As soon as that is done, I am going under the knife to fix what Perry fucked up! Stay AWAY! read more

I was never a fan of Chiro's but figured I would give it one more chance. I was recommended to this center by a neighbor due to chronic back pain for 4-5 years. On my initial visit with Dr.Barber, he took time to sit and talk to me about the injury & really took an interest in trying to figure out the root cause. We spent about 20 minutes going through different ways to alleviate the discomfort and pain followed by an adjustment. I felt immediate relief. I then went to the massage and stim with Vicki. She's amazing. I personally need a masseuse who will really work an area hard as that's the only way I feel relief. She does that but also makes sure you're in pain. She also gave me very simple solutions to help while I'm at home. All in all, I've been there for about 3 sessions and it's been great. My back is slowly improving and I can't be happier. read more

My dad has been going to see Dr. Perry for many years. My husband started going about a year and a half ago. I went to see them right after I had my baby due to horrible sciatica. I have always had a bad back and after just one visit my back was feeling quite noticeably better. I see Dr. Shaw and he is just awesome. Round of applause all around to Dr. Perry, Dr. Shaw, Dr. Barber, and all of the ladies up front. They are so friendly and always trying to help squeeze you in even on there busiest days. Dr. Shaw always told me he wanted to get me back to where I didn't need to come see them. After only a few visits this holds true. I go on the occasion to get readjusted. What horrible customer service!! I called for an appt and left a message on their answering machine and on their website for an appt. this was Thursday before Easter. No one EVER called me back. I called Monday for an appt and told the receptionist what had occurred and she offered no excuse or apology. SMH If that's how they treat customers forget it.
