He is funny and gives personal advice as if it were his laptop. They provide free diagnostics. He didn't apply any pressure to purchase anything, so I was able to peruse freely and make an easy decision. He does provide electronics recycling or resale if you're ready to get rid of your old device. He was responsive when I called to make sure they were open on a holiday. The laptop worked fine before I brought it here, just couldn't charge. Afterwards, he returned the laptop and said he couldn't get it to turn on but he replaced the part. The charger port was HANGING OUT of the computer, the backboard was not secured firmly, and he even tried to sell me another laptop. I brought my laptop to a higher-class repair shop, they advised there are tons of missing screws, the charger port wasn't even plugged in correctly, and guess what? My motherboard is fried. My laptop worked before I brought it here, and now the whole computer is completely shot. This was the worst mistake I have ever made. Do not bring your technology here if you value it.
