Well in the long run, David was right. They built poor quality cabinets that would not shut, would not line up, used the wrong hinges. David was rude, terrible to deal with and was happy to build a crappy cabinet to prove his point. The look was good. It was a 17K mistake to use these people. Their customer service is terrible. The owner came to my home looked over the house and I told him what we wanted done. He said he didn't know if he could do all we wanted with our budget. So I up'd our budget by 10K. When he got ready to leave he told me that someone from his business would be contacting me in a couple of weeks to come out and take some measurements and that if I had not heard from them within 3 weeks to give him a call, you have my cell phone number. Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.
