Both service calls were to a water-access only seasonal cottage. I was able to easily coordinate with Laurie (office) to provide photos of the issue (helping with diagnostics and ensuring the team was prepared to complete the repair on the initial service call) and to schedule a convenient time for the repair to be completed, (she even offered to try and schedule an emergency service) but as I was driving up to meet them, we scheduled a few days out. The tech team (Joe & Jess) were professional, skilled & well prepared - they called ahead the day of, and were already on-site when I arrived. They arrived with all the gear and materials required to "get the job done" and completed the repairs swiftly and with a healthy dose of friendly advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. If you find yourself in a situation where you need dependable, reliable and cost-effective service, I would absolutely recommend you "make a call to Morrow's, today!"

He was very professional and I could tell he has a lot of experience. He answered all my questions, and got the job done quicker than I expected. We haven't had any issues since, and I will definitely call him again when we update the bathroom. His great customer service and plumbing work was much appreciated.
