We were in need of a new pump and someone to install it. A quick google search brought us to Briggs Pumps & Plumbing in nearby Huntsville. After explaining the situation to BP&P over the phone, the man on the other end immediately replied "We are not in the business of giving free advice" and hung up. It was quite rude and horrible for business, I do not understand how they can make a profit if they 'hang up' on all prospective business leads. Needless to say we are currently looking elsewhere for help with a new pump.
