Took it back to the store and they told me there was no oil in it and told me it's my fault. Went to the store in Akron and they said it was my fault for not checking the oil... I only had that mower In my new shed and new box trailer with no signs of an oil leak. they said I should check the oil in my car every a time before I drive it... so it was cheaper to buy a new engine than a new mower... and yes I checked the oil every time and never changed oil level. When I disputed their nearly $600 invoice they threatened to put a lien on our home for not paying the entire amount. They told me that they need to be compensated for their time regardless if they were able to fix our electricity. After 5 hours we told them to leave our house and we called Perrysburg Electric 419.666.5211 who was able to fix the problem in 90 minutes with excellent customer service.
