Yayy first review!…read more Sorry for the lengthy review; if you are short on time let it suffice to say that this company is streamlined to provide good, flexible jobs to needy students, and do the work to make sure that good, quality help is provided to needing employers. They do their job well! A while back i was finishing my college classes. I had some extra time and a very desperate need for some extra money to pay for gas, groceries, etc. I started doing my usual job search and came across a job posting on my school's career website (though i later found out these postings are also on craigslist and their website and other school sites too). It was super clear and organized, and after sending them my resume they got back to me within a couple days. Throughout my interaction with GPA their communication with me was always prompt, kind, and professional (big plus when being stressed about getting hired!). Anyways, i ended up having an interview with them which turned out to be super fun. It was a mix of your regular in-depth-questions, scenarios, and ended with a little "interactive" task. (For me i had to write a business letter on behalf of my hypothetical future employer). I ended up being hired at a fantastic small business nearby that deals with fitness and nutrition and I loved the experience. I learned a ton and was placed in a very understanding, flexible, and communicative work environment. I've worked for a lot of people in my life and i must say this whole experience was possibly the smoothest hiring/training/working experience i've ever had. These people are great at understanding your needs, understanding the employer's needs, and making sure that you are put into a work environment that works with your schedule and pays you accordingly. Go GPA! Thank you for helping me out.

We signed a one month contract with Intelligent Office, and have really enjoyed our time here…read more The staff and management are very friendly and always open to meet the client needs. The space is great, and there are different types of offices depending on what you are looking for. What I liked about it is the flexibility. You can rent an office for a short period of time, and the contract is executed very fast. It's probably the best option on the market right now if you are looking for a short term office. There are some longer term tenants too, as it's a nice place to go to work every morning. We had an excellent experience, highly recommended!

Terminating service will make you jump through more flaming hoops than the Ringling Bros…read more I followed their policy, notified them with the required 30 day email notice of termination email, I even emailed them after the date of termination to remind them not to charge my account and they still charged me even after the date of termination. I wouldn't have left a review but upon emailing and calling to have that charge sorted out, I was not able to reach a manager nor did I have a manager reach back out to me. I had to call my banks fraud department and file a claim. To further back my 1 star review, they gathered my information incorrectly when I gave them my ID to set up the account, they invoiced me for a month that I had paid last year, they didn't follow through with documenting the calls and visit regarding termination of my account. Last but not least they put Ms. instead of Mr. in addressing me after I asked to correct my information... Look I get that maybe by mistake... but I'm from the 90's and honestly it feels like I've been trolled this whole time. Regarding the security deposit process they will send a check to the provided mailing address on hand, within "approximately" 21 days of the account closure. Sucks because I don't live there anymore but I also don't trust IO with any information at this point. All in all, from my experience with Intelligent Office IO Looks great on the surface, but the services are over priced in my opinion. $102 a month for a small mailbox just big enough to fit legal sized documents. Combined that with mistakes made by the staff. I would say that the staff and operating procedures they use regarding data entry and billing are inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn't say these falls under the legal definition of predatory business practice, but somewhere along the line they definitely violate the part of California 2025 Automatic renewal law that requires businesses to make cancellations just as easy as signing up. That means if you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online, too. If you signed up in person, you should be able to cancel in person too and companies must process your request promptly. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313 I don't have time to get into researching the exact violations but I'm sure that in my experience there was a violation of the California Automatic Renewal Law / California SB 313 or unlawful negative option billing. These prohibited practices involve lack of affirmative consent and difficult cancellation methods for subscriptions as mentioned above in my review. Like I said I wouldn't have even left a review if they just called or emailed me back... 1 out of 5 stars, mainly for unprofessionalism and mistakes made by staff that shouldn't have been made, and for charging me after my termination date which I kind of expected considering the experience leading up to... I just expected a call back or solution, and that's not an unreasonable expectation from a business at all.

Some of the things had made multiple moves with me and were never unpacked! The backstory: I paid a moving service to pack and remove, then store my house so I could put it on the market to sell. The company did not do a good job at all. They were rough with delicate items and I ended up with broken glass, marble, and ceramic items along with stretched and torn artwork on canvases. Many things were broken beyond repair, and the storage looked like a junkyard when I opened it to retrieve some items I had asked not be packed. I couldn't even step inside the storage when I first opened it! Andre came to help and within a couple of hours everything was taken out of the storage and organized into different categories. He didn't ask many questions. I was happy to not be very involved in the initial removal of the items as it was almost traumatic to see the things I owned carelessly thrown on top of one another. It was such a relief to see everything packed back into the storage unit and taking up less than half the space that the movers had originally left completely full. If I would have known of Andre's service, I would've hired him to come in and help me before I hired the movers. That way all my important stuff would have been protected and cared for better. When it's time to move the stuff to my next place, you can bet I'll be in touch! Thanks again!
