If I can give Conni 10 stars, I would. She's just that good. First, she's ridiculously kind. I felt like I've known her for years because she is warm, kind and thoughtful. I scheduled a shopping experience with her. I needed to elevate my look for anew position that I had just started. I usually leave very frustrated after I go shopping. Nothing fits right and I am not good at combining pieces or styling them. In comes Conni and she is beyond brilliant. She prepared at least 30 pieces and in the first 10 minutes, I found 4-5 pieces that I LOVED and the outfits looked pretty good on me. I was a bit in amazement. This NEVER happens to me. She has the eye for style and what looks good on different body types. She was so affirming that it wasn't our bodies that are problematic but it was the clothes and pieces that I was choosing or gravitating towards that problematic. She helped me understand what looked good on my body type and why. She pointed out areas that needed to be tailored. These are things I've never understood. Another thing that I loved is that she found brands that were conscious brands that were doing good in the world. Conni also steered me to choose certain pieces that were two sizes smaller than I usually wear and it looked good and I didn't feel self conscious. Her insights were so helpful- the weekend after we virtually met I went shopping, but I only returned things (more sweaters I didn't need!) and tried on things I wouldn't typically shop for (mostly short sleeve tops). Conni helped style a photo shoot I planned and coordinated a few months back. I am a wedding and event planner and NOT a clothing stylist (although I love fashion). So, the thought of shopping and styling 4 models on top of everything else (I ended up having to be a model myself) terrified me. Conni is a dream to work with. Having lived in leggings and workout clothes during covid, I was feeling in a rut with my office and social places reopening. Conni's capsule wardrobe package was the perfect answer. She came to my house and we went through my entire closet, finding pieces that were great, and honestly editing out quite a bit that no longer served me.
