Brought me over a brand new modem, been down every night doing maintenance on my modem myself to keep my internet up. Done tired of Mediacom's lack of keeping customers happy with service. Called into mediacom for help with my modem was asked my name and address then got put right back on hold for another 15 mins. Like why even bother asking me.

Unfortunately the amount of upload speed they give you at their highest tier is laughable, and it makes it difficult to stream when the internet goes down at least 3 times a day. It feels like I'm running on a network from the late 90's (which is probably more true than I may realize) not too mention the prices for their services are outrageous.
