TL:DR; if TGE screws up, they are not interested in doing anything to make it right. I ordered 10 shirts for a school club/team I am in charge of. I submitted a design using their online designer and coordinated with a sales rep (Tara) to get individual names on the back. Five days later, I approved the artwork and checked to make sure all the names were spelled correctly, which they were on the approval form. Approved. Two weeks later, I had no word from TGE. I emailed Tara again and she tersely informed me that getting the garments in was taking longer than usual ~because COVID~ and they should arrive by 10/05. This is definitely out of TGE's control, but Tara was clearly annoyed I was bold enough to ask for an update. No shipping notice or info was provided. And yes, one of the shirts had the wrong name on it. The name was right on the artwork I approved and wrong on the shirt, which means someone was simply careless when printing my items. It also means not all of my girls have their shirts and my wait for the correct shirt is two weeks, minimum. And what does TGE's stellar customer service have to say about it? Megan and Nora have repeatedly reassured me that they will ship me the correct shirt at "no extra cost." As if I'm supposed to be thankful that they are getting me the correct item weeks later due to their own carelessness. I made it clear I expected some type of discount applied to the invoice to make it right, they reiterated that they were "covering the cost of obtaining, printing, and shipping the correct shirt." Well, no shit.

I must admit the first jerseys they sent us were not what we thought they would be. The issue was the printing and the jersey fabric (which was more like a mesh than a solid fabric). I wasn't happy with the initial order, and got in touch with them about a refund or reorder. They worked quickly with me to resolve the problem, and get us new and improved jerseys. Just make sure you communicate with them up front about what you are looking for. What I really appreciated was there customer service and helping to fix the initial order with cost to me and my team.

They were super nice and Ashleigh showed us how to screen-print our own shirts. I really enjoyed learning how to do it. It was fun and easy to do and the shirt designs were so professional-looking. We got to choose from four different designs and choose the color and size of t-shirt we wanted. I always love events where there's a make-and-take. The shop is really cool and has a lot of fun designs for t-shirts. They also sell coffee mugs and drinking glasses with a Des Moines logo that Ashleigh designed. Another great thing about their merchandise is that it's all so reasonably priced unlike a lot of other t-shirt places out there. They also do mobile screen-printing. They can come to festivals, small parties and corporate events and people can print their own t-shirts. That's such a cool idea! I can't believe nobody thought of it before. That's just one reason I love it! They let you be hands on and see the cool process of what they do! Each time I have seen their pop up customized print shop at work it has been unique to the festival or farmers market they have been working in!
