He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

Then the equipment stopped working and the excuses started. I had to beg them for the photos they took of the roof to send into the insurance company and he very maturely stopped responding to my messages altogether. TWICE the owner Steve King no called no showed scheduled appointments with no phone call explanation. They left rust pile messes in my yard, oil stains on my sandstone pavers, and wanted to try to tell me that *31 days* from the time the contract was signed was an acceptable amount of time to get the job done. Don't be a fool like me and put your money and trust these guys. They completely took advantage of my emergency and vanished with my payment in full.

Please let me know if anyone out there has a map of sprinkler lines underground, I have yet to meet anyone who meets this critera. First Juniper died in June and was replaced. Four more Junipers dying and basically dead in July 2024. Owner has refused to replace any further bushed. He has also diverted all responsibility to the grower, which homeowner has not met, and has no idea who grower is at this point. The owner of this company does not guarantee his work. He claimed he has 17 years of reputable references. He has without question not been an honorable man on this project. Proceed with caution or at least get everything in writing
