He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

He refused to give any refund when I fired him. After researching, we see that this is a scam business. Do not call them!! There are possibly 3 different ads and sites for them. They change the address around to fool people. They did a small portion of the work order. It's not bad, but I had to babysit them to get it done! The attorney general is getting a complaint.
