This was my first time using this company and i just wanted to let everyone know about my experience they showed up right on time. Their very personable they did a amazing job from base boards to ceiling fans. There equipment was clean and there cleaning products were chemical free. I't was everything the owner said it would be. I want to preface this by saying this has nothing to do with the actual people keeping this business running... the cleaners! They were awesome. However, like many of the other reviewers, I had an issue with the office staff. I called for a special cleaning and talked on the phone with the office manager for about thirty minutes! It took forever to get through all her questions, which was ok... I figured they were just being thorough! I ordered a "two hour package" and (after a very lengthy phone call) my appointment was set up. The next day I get a call from the owner, who apparently feels like she has to check the office managers work or something? Either way, she called me back and again I had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone this time explaining exactly what I had told the office Manager the day before. I was really confused about why this couldn't all happen when they showed up so that I could say it directly to the cleaners or even virtually. But these ladies talked for a long time!!! There were two people in my house the morning of the cleaning, so I decided to go to the gym and have my friend let the cleaners in. The owner had told me that they were going to text me before the cleaners came, so I quickly texted the owner to just let her know that she needed to contact someone else because I was heading to the gym. The owner immediately called my friend who's number I had given her and literally went off on me for changing the plans "last minute". I have no idea why just texting another number instead of mine was such a big deal to her, but she felt the need to tell my friend that I was "disrespectful" and they wish I would have given them ample warning TWICE. My friend and I were so confused after that phone call. By the time the cleaners showed up, absolutely none of the information had been given to them. We had discussed it taking between an hour and a half and two hours. They stayed for longer. I understand that is a good thing in most cases, however, we are not necessarily in the financial position to just have them stay as long as they want which is why I specifically ordered two hours. I was also told by both the owner and office manager that it would only take about an hour and a half. Again this is not the cleaners fault! I realize that they were doing their best and the house was messy, but I certainly wish that the fact that I had only bought a two hour package was communicated to the workers by the owner. This, In combination with the a few more miscommunications, left a sour taste. What is more is that I (the customer) am now ending up having to pay extra money just because there is a lack of communication between office staff. read more

First, it took over 4 weeks to get scheduled. They did not give a detailed quote beforehand because they were "too busy." Finally, they cleaned the home, and although they overall did an ok job, there were many issues. They left wet rags on wood furniture, leaned things against an original painting and put an item that destroyed the finish on my desk that my husband built. I brought the issues up with the owner in a polite way and she apologized and said that it's been hard to find people to work and she has many younger people working for her whom she hasn't trained. I got the invoice and I was charged 20 minutes longer than the cleaners were in the house, which is not trivial as they charge $155 per hour. She noted that they round up when I brought this up. Although they came highly recommended, it's not a business I feel comfortable trusting with my home. I also tried to be very polite and respectful about the issues that occurred and although the owner was apologetic, she didn't want to actually address any of the issues and was overall very dismissive. I hired them because they were highly recommended from our realtor, but there was truly a lack of care and respect for our belongings. I have Personal Touch Cleaning service clean my house once a month. I love coming home to a clean house! I came home yesterday before they had left and found they had moved my couch and was dusting behind it and dusting the blinds. I was impressed. The girl cleaning my kitchen was even on her knees wiping off the cabinets for me. They are so nice and I never worry about anything beings gone when I get home! The owner and also the office manager are good at letting me know approximately when they will be at my house. I don't know if all businesses do this or not but I really like this about them! I trust them completely! I think their prices are good for the services you get! read more

While the employees were always super friendly and trustworthy, I rarely had the same crew for cleaning. There were one or two employees that I had repeatedly, but that stopped over time. I used their services for a year- fair priced. However it was the little details that fell through the cracks. After several months, they wanted to change the day of the week I received services. After confirming the day change, the office manager forgot and then wanted to keep my original day after complaining what an inconvenience it was. I constantly had to request the little door panes and front door get cleaned. Window sills were typically left untouched. Dining room chairs were frequently left undusted. Ceiling fans were cleaned inconsistently. I only found out that doors and bathroom baseboards were to be cleaned about 3 months in. I never heard from Sue, but I do not believe that is her fault, I think the office manager never told her about the issues I encountered. When I pointed out issues or complained to the office manager, she became offended and at times quite rude, which is why I cancelled their services. It wasn't personal, this was a business. You would think they would want to know if there were issues so they could fix them. read more

I have been using this company's service for 3 months on a weekly basis. I started using them because they participate in Cleaning for a Reason and I was going through chemo. I have kept using them and will continue to use them as I have been very happy and comfortable with their service. They have been very reliable. The team who cleans has been consistent, works hard while they are here, and gets the job done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their home cleaned. read more

I am VERY disappointed in this company, When the lady came out to get an estimate on what I would be charged for a cleaning, she would ask things like "how often would you like us to come?" "would it be ok if we just did the basement every other time?", and just before she left, she gave me some info regarding the business, which included names of references, info about the history of the business, the cleaning procedures they use, etc. She said that she would get back with me THAT evening. I was never contacted that evening, nor the next, nor the next. It wasn't until 4 days later after I called them that I was finally able to have contact with them via phone. I was informed that, because we live out in the country, that they would not be able to come and clean my house. I get that. But for those four days of waiting and after I was given all of the info and talked to as though things were already set in stone, I felt VERY betrayed and deceived. The person could tell how far out I lived from the first time they came out, and should have said this in the first place. Not made me wait and anticipate the call as to when we could get the ball rolling but end up backing out at the last minute. I would not recommend this company. read more
