The microwave and oven are spotless and they shine.. They were so nice. I'm definitely going to be using them in the future and I totally recommend them. Hired for a make ready on a rental property. Day of, they informed me after I made clear from the beginning that there would be minimal trash, maybe 2-3 bags, from a refrigerator cleanout. Day of, they say they cannot remove trash and then comment that when I confirmed that they needed to take the trash, I was pushing them and being unreasonable. Save your time and aggravation. He thinks very highly of himself and takes no responsibility for what he does wrong. He was over an hour late and I was his first job of the day. I took pictures of all the damaged property hole in my wall. And said why would you not tell me about this? He denied everything. The only thing you can expect to get out of the owner is a shallow. I'm sorry. He did not follow through with our agreement after we had several conversations and did FaceTime so he knew exactly what I had to move. There's excuses for everything with him. He was supposed to have brought two trucks. He brought one and it was a U-Haul truck. It wasn't even a company truck. This is a warning to the public. I would never want anyone else to experience what I've experienced. Now I have hired another company to come in and clean up the mess. I will forgive this company for what they've done to my life. But I will do my part to make the public aware. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
