They are typically closed one or two (random) days per week. I don't really care to drive over here, only to find them closed when they're supposed to be open. Also, they recently raised prices AND shortened cycle times on the big washers. I used to pay about $5 for long/hot cycle with pre-wash and extra rinse that lasted about 50 minutes. New price is about $9 and duration has dropped to 27 minutes with same options selected. The guy that owns this place has no idea how to run a business. Today was my last (attempted) visit.

The shirt and the jacket are both Burberry Prorsum, which costed more than $2,000 when I bought them, and hence I didn't even bother arguing, as I was fully aware that it had been far more than the compensation they might be able to provide.
