Communication was extremely poor; Fernando took days to respond, and the situation had to be escalated to his supervisor. I was initially told I would receive a refund, only to be told later that "after closely looking at it, nothing was wrong." In the end, they still withheld $60 from me, despite the inconvenience and mistakes on their end. It took nearly a month and a half just to receive my tax return. At this point, I've accepted the loss, but I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.
