Wonderful experience! Went with a larger sized group everyone did their own sauna session however my mom and I sat in one together. She was a little nervous about being in one on her own and they are sized large enough to comfortably fit two. Since it was our first time the group received a tour of the full facilities. Along with instructions on how to operate the sauna. It was a great experience my mom and I watched a baking show on the team to help pass the time. Wow, what a nice experience! I loved everything about it. The rooms are set up so nicely, tvs in each room and multiple settings on the infrared saunas. I had such a relaxing 40 minutes! The rooms even came with a eucalyptus infused towel for your skin post-session. The staff incredibly welcoming and nice. Overall it was an excellent experience and a perfect way to relax. My experience at Perspire was a 10/10! When I walked in, the employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us how to use every button in the sauna. The saunas themselves are very customizable. You can choose to use the infrared light or not, plus you can add your choice of additional colored lighting for mood lighting. I believe you can adjust the temperature of the sauna from 120 to 170, so if you're a seasoned and experienced expert you can adjust accordingly. The saunas were extremely clean. I appreciated seeing another employee cleaning out a sauna after a guest had left, which is nice to confirm that they are deep cleaned after every session. An unexpected bonus was the TV on the opposite wall. They had speakers within the sauna so there were definitely no problems hearing it. They were logged into Netflix, Hulu and Prime for maximum viewing choices. Youtube was also available if you just want to play soothing sounds while you sweat. Perspire provided plenty of towels for drying off as well as a eucalyptus towel that was quite nice after the 40-minute session. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Perspire if it's in your budget. The sauna is so good for your overall health, but nobody really thinks to work it into their routines! read more

Absolutely love Perspire. It is such a good reset anytime of year, but especially on a cold day!The facilities and saunas are always clean and well maintained. They give you a body towel, smaller towel, bath mat, and a cold eucalyptus towel for the end of your experience. I love that you can adjust the temperature, and slowly bump it up as you see fit. I became a member last month with the 4x/month membership and I love going here. Staff are always friendly, super easy to schedule sessions through the app. As a member, I love being able to schedule a room with a shower as I often like to do a session before work. I feel so energized and ready for the day after a session. It would be nice if there was a side room to do hair and make up after the shower but the bathroom works for that too. read more

I had the pleasure of experiencing a red light sauna today! Lainey checked me in and gave me a tour. She's very helpful and informative. She had towels ready in my private studio including a cool, refreshing eucalyptus towel for after. I'm not going to lie... at about 1/3 of the session time I did have to turn the temperature down. Afterwards I dried off and used my luxurious cool eucalyptus towel‍. Aahhhhhh! They are so amazing and accommodating. You'll have to check it out to see for yourself! Upon checkout Kayla assisted me. I just had my first session at Perspire, and I'm hooked! The $20 first session was such a great deal, I couldn't resist. What a fantastic way to start my day! I felt so relaxed afterward, and it really helped with the soreness from my workout yesterday. My skin felt amazing too! The location was perfect, with plenty of parking. Kellie was super friendly and walked me through how everything works. I loved the privacy of the individual rooms. Each one has a screen where you can watch YouTube, Netflix, or Hulu. I just listened to the relaxing music they had playing and zoned out for 40 minutes - it was pure bliss! The eucalyptus towel at the end was a perfect touch. They had a same day appointment and it made me. bit concerned as U d come across sketchy sauna places before. Not here! I walked in and was amazed by the cleanliness of the place, the modern design, and welcoming attitude of the staff. They gave me a tour of the facility and where everything was, showed me my individual sauna room, how to operate it and left me to me session. The sauna was even better than advertised. Not too hot but did exactly what I needed/wanted. The room was clean from ceiling to floor and smelled so nice. The towels were soft and the eucalyptus towel at the end was the BEST! The best part about it was the service afterwards. I had questions about membership and pricing and availability. They came back to me within 24hrs with all the answers and everything. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff and owner are always pleasant. The sauna booths are always clean and are cleaned right away after every use. They will have the sauna set to the exact temp that you want upon arrival and if you give them the info from the streaming series you were watching while in your sauna they will have that set also. Gives you a nice good sweat while getting some of the toxic things in your body. Also good for my joints. A couple units even have a shower that you could use after your session.
