The school also functions as a community centre, offering evening classes and sports team. There is a decent sized swimming pool which provides swimming lessons on weekends and during the school holidays. The school has good sports facilities, with large rugby and football grass pitches, outdoor tennis course, 3 indoor games halls and a gravel pitch mostly used for hockey. In terms of education, the quality is probably around average for a state school with some excellent teachers and some not so good.
