The building itself is purpose build with nice little toilets and changing facilities all the rooms have direct access to the garden which is amazing the children all love it with its swings, large chute, stepping stones story tellers chair and seats, the large gazebo and huge sand pit what more could a child want? All the rooms are equipt with the best equipment suitable to each child's age range. They have a large dining room and a cook on site who prepares healthy meals for the children. There are 5 rooms in total and they take children from 6 weeks to 5 years all staff members are well qualified and great with the children.

As far as I can ascertain both parents and local council applaud its achievements. The only disharmony I have seen occurs when some children are unhappy to leave the place at the end of the day, a recommendation to other mothers.

The nursery is purpose-built and the facilities are excellent. The staff are experienced and friendly and there are various rooms within the nursery to offer a tailor-made environment for your child's age group. All extras are provided as part of the service including nappies, wipes and meals. The food is freshly prepared by a chef on-site and the children eat well and healthily. A wide range of activities are arranged for the children and both full and part-time places are available.

She is very social and easy going kid but even after two months we have stopped going at this nursery when we were driving by she was telling us ''oh not again here''. The facilities are ok but the kids are not allowed to go everywhere as they have told us before we start, instead they had the kids in one room maybe because this way it was less messy. The most serious negative points were two, telling lies and not be typical with sign in/ out procedures. They have told me lie about she eating foods that she dislike them and it wasn't possible to have try them. The sign in and out I thing it is very important about safety reasons like in case of fire and to be sure about who will be possible to take your kid. If you don't have to sign out anyone can take my kid?? And one last thing, they were suppose to keep files for her progress, crafts she was doing or photos doing activities.... nothing, we end up with nothing. Actually they have told me the have to do it now and I will have it after 2-3 months..... what?? They have not done it when they should so now they will fill the progress forms with what? Lies? I am sure they won't remember anything about her progress and since they don't keep any records why I had to wait for 2-3 months to collect lies? Very disappointed.

I'm sure if you're looking for a nursery for your child and you pay them a visit you'll see for yourself how efficient and dedicated all the staff are, which is what i think all parents look for when leaving their child for the day. Great outdoor area also in a very safe environment.

Although you could get better pay elsewhere, it was good experience and a good way to get in to Nursery work. I was offered a job by the first nursery Family Circle sent me to! They always paid on time and any other staff I met from the agency were great girls who clearly loved working with children. I believe they also do a 'home help' type of service for the elderly - a lady on my street uses this and has told me in the past she usually has lovely girls come to help her. Overall I had a very positive experience with Family Circle.
