There is NO record of them with NYS Education department. NYS Ed even sent them a letter stating such, and informed them that they were in no way mandated to close. Even after this information, they have refused to refund payments that were cheated out of the parents under false pretense. The also have made NO changes to correct this information for the upcoming year! So parents have NO way to get out of their contract for any reason once it's signed, even when this daycare facility chooses to close and not provide the contractual services...they expressly state that YOU are still stuck paying them!

He would come home every day from school waiting to show his dad and I what he had learned. I remember how he became sad when the weekends would arrived; he would ask me why the school had to close on the weekend. Honestly, if ICS were open on the weekends he would be there. I am so thankful for the hard work and attention Ms. Khouri gives to all the children.They truly LOVE learning...They learned about Composers, famous Artists, Countries, they also learned 3 different languages, Spanish, French and Chinese, they had yoga class, taekwondo, and dance class while my son was attending, they also learned about the human body and how it works, so fantastic.. Arrived at 8:35 and it was closed. A note posted on the front door stated effective Sept 1, opening at 9:30. The website currently states that Sundays are closed. Today is Aug 31, so the posted note is irrelevant to today's hours. Went to run an errand then returned at 9:30 to check back just in case they were a little late in opening today. Still not open. Waited until 9:45 then left with very upset children. Again, your website states an activity called "build a forky" on dates August 19-31. If you're going to be closed on August 31, then diligently update your advertisement and your business hours. As far as I'm concerned, no one showed up to work today. Not an impressive way to run a business. I anticipate this establishment going out of business.

Meals are always healthy though not necessarily kid friendly. This location offers part time care only. The teachers are awesome full time though! Teacher to student ratio is 2:1 in my son's class. They even go on field trips! I am so glad I found this place. My son has shown improvement in many areas of development thanks to the caring and dedicated teachers.
