As much as I like their onsite service, I cancelled because of my experience over the phone, I…read moreneeded to update my CC info and change my service to bi-monthly, they use AI which is irritating to me, I then get transferred to a live person who updated my CC, she was very nice and took care of it, then I get transferred to a supervisor to change the scheduling, she interrupted and talked over me the entire time, she said the rate would crease if I made the change and it's better to keep it as is, which means I would be penalized $15 more a month if I don't keep the monthly service, OK, almost 20 min on the phone and having to listen to music that would drive a cat insane, I asked to cancel service which she then transfers me AGAIN to another supervisor, now I REALLY want to CANCEL, she gave me an attitude too. The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!

I called customer service asking to speak to someone who could review my termite contract with me, as the tech who treated my home made statements that had me questioning if I need to upgrade my contract. 1. cust serv rep #1 said they would have someone call me. 2. a week later no call was made I called cust serv rep #2 and asked to have someone call me. 3. a week later I had not received a call so I called cust serv rep #3 who said she shows an agent was coming out to discuss the contract on May 1st and they would call 30 ahead of the appointment 4. about 30 mins later I get a call from a tech who said he was advised by his supervisor to call me. LOL... I advised him that we had an appointment on May 1st... He advised we don't work on Sunday... I asked him if he could answer my contract questions, and he said no, I just apply the treatment. I advised him I already had a treatment. 5. Called cust serv rep #4 and asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me the supervisor and I explained what I needed she said she would have the local manager call me. I asked for his name and number she advised I don't have that info. I asked for her direct number so if no call came I could call her back, she said no, just call the regular no customer service number... Humm, they can't provide a person in management, They can't provide a local manager contact info and they could not find my contract to send me... They did send it over 30 days later.
