You can quote the small print but where does it say that if you leave something behind it is the customers responsibility. Your response to you leaving a precious box of family photos was to charge ME for the shipping. Are you a moving company or an I will move almost all of your items. So if you don't care if some of your items don't make it to your new home, then this is the company for you. And if you don't mind paying more than the quote, this is the company for you.
