They were here for 3 days last winter, and did an amazing job. We then were able to actually see what was of value in the house and remove it for resale. SO much stress lifted then!!! This time, Jen and Amanda were even more amazing!! We were heartbroken (after dealing with so many "pickers," antique dealers and auctioneers ,who did buy things, but not all), that we would have to trash so many useful things, but in came Steri-Clean VB! They contacted Habitat for Humanity and actually made arrangements for them to come pick up what they wanted. Hearts full! If I only had one word to say about Jen and Amanda and their crew (and I can say a lot!!!!) it would be "respectful." They get the job done, but they are respectful about everything as they go along. This is NOT some "junk clean out company" that trashes everything. They are quick to find something and bring it to you ("does this mean something to your family? Could it be valuable?") Cleaning out a hoarded estate house is incredibly overwhelming. Steri-Clean VB respected the house, my Hubby's parents and made it so easy for us. The house will FINALLY be on the market by the end of the week. There is NO WAY we could have been at this point without Amanda and Jen.

Amanda was quick to respond to my inquiry on a Saturday afternoon and fit me in for a walk-through the next day. With only a few days to work with I was very overwhelmed but Amanda and Jen made me feel comfortable and eased my mind on the site visit. I appreciated the extra TLC as a first timer, quick follow-up, and the step by step explanation on what was needed vs. what could wait. Amanda, Jen, and Matt were kind and professional to work with. I highly recommend. All in all, they helped make a stressful project a little more fun.

Please do not call PURO-Clean under any circumstances unless you want your home gutted, left…read morewithout repair, and 1/2 your insurance money gone. Mike O'Donnell, owner of PURO-Clean, Williamsburg was very quick to come out and provide an estimate of services. We had a water leak in the bathroom, and we learned the bathroom would need to be gutted(excluding the vanity) as a result of a water leak. Mike O'Donnell said the job should take 3 or 4 days, but a week at the most. We have renters in the home, so it was important to get fixed as soon as possible. Mike O'Donnell took half the insurance money up front as a deposit. Mike O'Donnell had a team come and tear out our entire bathroom - shower/tub, toilet, tile floor. 2 weeks later we call Mike O'Donnell to see where we are in the process. Mike O'Donnell didn't even remember the project, and we had to remind him it was not completed! 3 weeks later, Mike O'Donnell says he can not get a plumber to come out, and so he will have to pull out of completing the project. He already has 1/2 the insurance money. Mike O'Donnell pulled a fast one on us - Do NOT use PURO-Clean Williamsburg.
