Val is a really nice lady and has finally bonded with Inferno, my dog. Inferno now looks forward to going to the groomers. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They take great care of my dog, and they will do the same for yours. I have even taken advantage of their boarding services. I know Inferno is happy while he is there, and your dog can be too.

But I also expect them to actually know how to do it (as professionals!) so that he won't be bloodied when he comes out. And constantly being injured during nail trims does not help his fear!
