First of all $80 to trim a 12 week old puppies hair is CRAZY! Then for them to BITE my dog in front of me was even crazier. I never went back. Almost a year later I receive a letter in the mail stating I owed them $70 for never paying my cancellation fee but I never received a bill for canceling (I would have happily paid the cancelation fee) the letter then stated if I didn't pay they would file a suit. Just very shady place. Disrespectful workers. So glad I found an at home groomer who actually takes care of my baby. I wouldn't do service here even if it was the last place in jasper. read more

Terrible customer service refuses to give change. It's a forever wait every single time and she constantly looks stressed and rushed. Also her two dogs left up front to harass every dog brought in is unprofessional. Make sure you take a recording of yourself canceling bc I guess she sues anyone who chooses not to use her anymore. Told her not to put anything around my dogs neck, and what does she do? She put a bandanna tight around his neck anyway. Also she is very overpriced for her bottom tier grooming skills. read more

Last appointment my dog came out covered in loose hair and two of his nails were quicked. We told the cashier to cancel all future appointments bc we were very unhappy with her work. Then the cashier tried to not give us any change bc that was "their policy", I was never informed of any such policy. I had to send my husband out to get change to avoid paying her $40 more than she charged. That was over a year ago and I haven't heard anything from her, nothing. Now she wants to sue me for $167 lol! I will definitely be showing up to court bc I don't owe her a dime. Her grooming skills are subpar and she constantly overbooks herself. Go elsewhere, you'll be happy you did. read more

They do a great job with nail trimming! My dog normally doesn't do well with nail trimming, but they kept her calm and quickly trimmed all nails. read more

Complete waste of time. I sat there waiting nearly 30 minutes past my appt time, and when she did bring me back she just sat on the floor playing with her dog, talking and trying to sell me product. She did nothing with my dog. I called the next morning to cancel my appt for the following week but they said that I already made the commitment and they will not refund me for next week. She also stated that the second appt is to evaluate the dog on what she learned in the first appt, but she wasn't shown or taught anything in the first appt! I continue to receive appt confirmation texts and emails, after requesting the appt cancelled twice now. It states I will be charged a $30 fee if I don't cancel within 24 hrs of appt. This has been a very bad experience and I would not recommend. read more

i do not recommend this facility for boarding any animal you have if you want them to be taken care of in the slightest. i reserved a "sound proof suite" for my 6 pound yorkie poo for a total of 10 days while i was going away on vacation from may 24-june 1. I tried calling to check on him may 26 and 27, with no answer of the phone. i finally got ahold of them may 28 in which they informed me they "had not taken my dog outside one time in those 5 days they had him because he growled at them. they had just been cleaning up his poop and pee if it was close enough to the gate".... then proceeded to tell me that they were charging me an extra $10 a day for a "handling fee" even though they literally hadn't taken care of him at all. I told them my husband would be there to pick him up that day but i didn't understand why they had not called me to notify me of the situation, seeing as in my notes i gave with him i stated that my husband is in and out of town for his work but would be able to pick my dog up if need be. they stated they didn't consider this emergent enough to contact me. so apparently they were planning on leaving my dog pinned up for 10 days straight without ever taking him out or contacting me and then just charging me an extra $100 for "handling" him without notifying me in advance. read more
