These notes are all laid out meticulously on the desk for the day's clients, like little health records, ready for the patients of the day. This is a one-person operation, so all activities are performed by the owner, the wash/dry/cut/pedicure/tooth-brush/etc. Make a reservation at least a week in advance, but sometimes a hole in her schedule will open up and you will be honored to get a coveted spot. But what about the real client? My four legged ankle biters? What are their opinions?
