I met him in person and he was nice he let us see other birds I see other people putting bad reviews on here. I say he was nice and the birds was in good condition when I saw them so whatever happened with other birds there getting sick, maybe they aren't sick because of him. Maybe it's how the shipment is who the person they are shipping from. So it's not his fault for it. Also he did ended up eating seeds instead of just pure food because he was scared is all.

For $5500, I would expect a healthy bird and proper shipping procedures. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bird arrived after over 12 hours in transit with no food or water. It was clearly unhealthy upon arrival and died tragically just 5 months later. On top of the initial neglect, Sergio Camacho offered no customer service or support after the bird passed away.
