She had plenty of toys to play with in her pen and outside in the turf area! When I returned to get Lola she was so happy and hardly wanted to leave Gloria's side! En route to Portland three years ago, I had the chance to spend some time at his former location in Colorado. I left a Facebook review then because I was so impressed with what I saw. Now that I've visited the new location in Mulvane, KS; it warrants another review. Three years ago I visited a highly competent trainer and a really great place. This time I spent time with a masterclass dog trainer at what could only be described as a dog's paradise. We trainers can be pretty particular, but JD is legitimately one of the only people in the world I would leave my own dogs with for a prolonged period. He takes great care of the dogs in his care, they have a great time, and when it's all said and done, you've got yourself a canine companion that understands how to behave properly, which makes life much easier. If you're anywhere near JD, he's your best bet for training! Even if you don't have a dog, you should probably go get one and then hire him. I can't say enough positive things about this operation!

Walked in with a dying dog, crying, and was shouted at by a vet tech. Apparently we had gotten…read moremixed up and walked into the wrong clinic. Instead of addressing the issue courteously and with professionalism and compassion, this tech actually yelled at us: "She isn't in! The vet isn't in! There is no one here to help you!" I have never experienced such callousness at a veterinary clinic before. I don't understand why they didn't behave like caring human beings when faced with someone in the position of having to euthanize a pet after a traumatic injury. We have had our bigger dog seen at this clinic, the vet was wonderful, the customer service at the clinic however was poor enough on this day that we feel compelled to leave a review.

Our dog was dropped off for a simple puppy cut and remained there for several hours, yet only received about three hours of play due to being kenneled for "rest time." While viewing the live cameras, we observed another dog repeatedly mounting our dog. My husband had to call the facility to request intervention. At pickup, staff acknowledged this dog frequently displays the same behavior, which raises concerns about supervision and behavior management. We also noticed some staff members appeared disengaged rather than actively interacting with or supervising the dogs. We expect a safe, attentive, and well-managed environment when leaving our pet in daycare. Unfortunately, this did not meet those expectations.
