They keep the chipper outside with a hopper that collects rain only to fill up the cutting area. The small discount was not worth this bucket of rust. I have been to many Tractor Supplies and I have never been so disappoint in how bad a product was presented to be sold. I should have looked closer and would have never loaded (took) the chipper.
