The Manager, Patty, has been extremely overbearing with both customers and groomers despite not being a groomer herself. Have been reported to the AG, and accused of falsifying shot/ vaccine records. The puppies look sick, and the reviews coincide with that. I almost purchased a puppy from them but between the look of the poor puppies, unbathed, lethargic, and confused. They all had a reddish look in their eyes, and I would bet they have underlying issues. As most Of the reviews indicate, people have spent thousands of dollars rehabbing these poor animals. The oil can, funnel were jammed in the shoot with a couple gallons of rusted, smelly water, and garbage. This leaked all through my service truck damaging items on the floor. When I unloaded it inside my shop, I noticed the rusted bolts, frame and garbage that was put in the hopper. Why not clean up your product so your not selling junk. They keep the chipper outside with a hopper that collects rain only to fill up the cutting area. The small discount was not worth this bucket of rust. I have been to many Tractor Supplies and I have never been so disappoint in how bad a product was presented to be sold. I should have looked closer and would have never loaded (took) the chipper. I will never be at this New Castle store again.
