They have done amazing in accommodating our schedule with notice and with extremely short notice. The team will notify you after every visit and if you request they also upload photos and let you know how everything went. There was one time that they went above and beyond to help take care of one of our kitties who was injured in a fight with another one of our kitties. There was no way that we could make it back to town. They assisted with getting our kitty to and from the vet and then helping with keeping him separated from the others. The whole time keeping us updated on how he was doing and healing. They really are an amazing group! I highly recommend them

This place seems to have new owners and I am currently reporting the kennel to every Colorado agency that is available to Colorado citizens. I am seeking legal advice at the moment. I urge you to not leave your dog with this kennel unless your dog can take extreme weather conditions overnight. This kennel offered to do nothing but drop her dead body off at our vet so she could be cremated. This dog was our loyal companion. We are heartbroken.

I received a call that next morning that my dog had passed away!!!!!!!! How can this be ? I believe that she passed away due to neglect. I explained her health issue and I believe that neglect led to her unfortunate death. I was very clear on her health issues and believe this could have been avoided . I explained she needed shelter and warmth due to her anemia. I don't feel she received the care she required . My other dog that was boarded will not even come near me and runs from me at this point . What happened !!! I will never know I guess. I am so sad about the whole experience. Can't say this will happen to everyone but tragic for us.
