Supposedly they got it in his eyes and he scratched at this eyes, so this whole incident was my fault and his even thought he was in their care, a supposed professional groomer. The shampoo was expired so they had decided it was tainted, therefore caused the damage to his eyes. I have been trying to get reimbured for the vet visits and the groom, but now they are ghosting me. This incident happed in December 2021. UPDATE !! Just heard from this groomer (some male) who says they are NOT reimbursing me because of my review. Keep in mind this happened December 15th 2021. I think I've been more than patient and I dont believe they ever intended to reimburse me.

Max was doing the boot scooting and we all know how miserable that can be for them. The vet gave Max a thorough once over and also discovered the heart worms Max was diagnosed with one year ago (I adopted him as a rescue) are still present. My regular vet said the treatment Max received was an oral treatment which killed off the young worms and prevented new worms from taking hold. I thought it would also kill the adult worms but they're still there. I'm heart broken that Max is still affected by this. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the other vet.

I wanted to like this place but It was the most I ever paid for a haircut. Including a 20% tip it was $183. Yorkie got a bad haircut. that is everyone opinion . She no longer looks like a Yorkie.
