I was billed $72 for that visit and left somewhat satisfied-I feel as though the vet didn't care too much to actually examine him(this was a Thursday by the way). That same week on Saturday I came home from work around 7:30pm and found Milo dead in his cage. You guys suck at doing your job because something was wrong with my guinea pig and you told me he was fine. Obviously he wasn't. Definitely not coming back if I choose to get another pet.

The woman working the cash register pointed (vaguely) at the cleaning station. After walking around a little bit I found it. I cleaned up the mess, but it took me 4 trips walking back and forth to get more paper towels and throwing away the dirty ones. I had to do this one handed-while holding both dogs. The cashier sat there chatting with a customer while they watched me cleaning, seeing me struggling to do all this one handed. No employees anywhere. I REALLY could have used someone's help, just to hold my dogs leashes so i could at least use both hands. Then when I finished cleaning I walked over and she started the return. She had difficulty doing the return so called for help. Then there were a total 4 employees that came out of nowhere. Asking if they could pet my dogs Could have used their help when I really needed it. Won't return.
