Madison welcomed me to the store and asked if I needed help. She was very nice, professional, and helpful. When I told her what I was looking for, she directed me right to it. Kayla, the manager, also helped me with questions I had about the product. She was very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and she was a really nice, professional manager. Her help gave me confidence in what we were buying. There was also a young man there whose name I did not get, but he smiled and made me feel comfortable. Sometimes in a pet store or any kind of store, I can feel unsure about exactly what we need to buy, but Madison and Kayla gave me great confidence. Wonderful service. Thank you very, very much. I placed an order for online pickup for my husband to go pick up while I was working. They would not release the food to my husband, even though per their policy his name and ID matched the pickup person I listed on the PAID FOR dog food, because he did not have the physical credit card present at pick up. For food that was paid for. Let me reiterate- the food was paid for and the pickup person matched the listed pickup person. They claimed this was a store policy. We wasted valuable time heading out of town dealing with this, and he had to go back for the dog food with a photo of the card used to pay. read more

I've been in this store several times and everyone there is extremely helpful! I've never walked in without them offering a greeting , ask if they can help, etc. They also make sure you know about their rewards system ( good for business ) you rarely see retail clerks so helpful so wheh u see it I always review ! This store owner manager is doing something right ! The clerks are genuinely nice people, they look happy to work there . I've not used the baths , but lots of folks do. I noticed I can often find fantastic deals here ! The storage generally speaking a cut above the typical big box store and exceeded my expectations. When I went in the few times I have visited. The staff was quite busy, but once available were quite helpful as well. They had a nice selection of fish, the limited number of aquariums they have in the store. The space dedicated to Aquarium keeping was typical of most chain stores, but they did a lot with the space available. If you're in the area, it's worth the stop. read more

Dad took me here for a bath after a morning of playing in the dirt at Red Mountain Park. Dad said I was filthy, and this place was a short drive from the park. They have self-service washing stations, and he said it would be much easier then washing me in the tub at home. The store is huge, and the wash area is located at the back of the store. There are three stations, and they have everything you need. Four types of shampoo, towels, and an apron for your human. I liked the water pressure from the shower hose; it felt wonderful. There is a blow dryer at each station, but I don't like those things; they scare me. After my bath I got to trot though the store. Dog, that was awesome! I love that there are so many things to sniff. Dad let me pick out a pig ear, yes! The human at the checkout counter was super nice. She gave me a pupperoni treat that I devoured in seconds. What a lovely store . Did you know that you can bring in your little fur friend along into this store? And they give out treats! Simply awesome. Secondly, the amount of food and toys is vast. I love Pet supplies plus! Everyone who works there is super helpful and they clearly love animals which are allowed in the store (on leash). They have baths in the back which can be used for a small price as well. I esp appreciate the way they bring things to load up in your car when you come in or lately I've been ordering online. I wanted to see how much pet toys were her and with me being a dog owner now I decided to come in here what I noticed is that they do have lots of different dog toys to choose from some of them were a little bit pricey but I did end up finding 2 toys at a reasonable price. Always so friendly right when we walk in the door. I swear they know my name. They are always helpful even though they are constantly busy doing something in the store. Bring your babies with you, they are welcome. They have all ranges of brands and prices for dog food. It's my go-to. They are a little more expensive than going to Walmart but worth it. Oh, and they have a great deal on bathing. $25 for 5 I think it is. Worth it if you have a big dog you can't do in your bathtub anymore!! read more

I always have such a great experience at this location! My boyfriend has two cats so we're patrons at Pet Supplies Plus quite often. I've even been a few times on my own to purchase things on his behalf. The employees have always been so helpful and so understanding of my absolute ignorance. I love that they send coupons through the mail on a regular basis and that they offer coupons that I don't even know about during checkout. When it comes to cat stuff, their prices are better than Amazon and quite similar to Chewy. I'm such a fan of Pet Supplies Plus and highly reccomend them! read more

The staff here is friendly and the reptiles that are in the store seem to be well cared for and healthy. My only complaint is that the sections for some pets, mainly fish in my experience, is somewhat limited. But for cats, dogs, reptiles, and such, there seems to be plenty of choices. read more

I take my dog here for baths after dog park play days, and everyone always has been so kind and helpful. My dog can come on a little strong (very high energy pit mix), and they always take time to greet her and offer her treats in the checkout line. They have great coupons in their ads and on the app Survey Mini! Download that if you haven't, you earn points and can redeem them for discounts. Back to the store- they have ads right inside the door and have actually already clipped the coupons for you and pinned them to a bulletin board! We always stop by there first thing. Quick update but see below for the bulk of the good stuff:: One of the store attendants just spent 5mins finding a manufacturers coupon that I didn't know existed (he remembered it was a thing) for the obscure, expensive cat food I buy and ended up saving me $15 on two bags of food. I was looking for a Jolly Pet toy and Courtney lead me right to the section . I also bought tooth paste ,which was on sale .Saved me $3 . Now last time I washed my dog there , the washing room was a mess , no way I was going to use it ,have not check back . A room that is not looked in on and cleaned up can lead to dogs catching something that the previous dog had .I even brought my own lysol , but never went back for a wash . read more

I feed my dog the Blue Buffalo brand. They are about 5% cheaper on that brand of dry dog food than the other available retailers around town. That being said, there was a certain line of Blue Buffalo that they were phasing out, and it happened to be sitting in the "Discount Food" section of the store. Although the price at a discount was very good, they did not seem very eager to actually sell it. I was looked at like a cheapskate by two sales people and a manager who didn't really want to give me any pertinent information on the food or why they were marking down the price. I found that to be a surprise as someone in there the same day as myself reports that she was treated quite friendly. At least the cashier was friendly about the process of ringing me up. read more
